Agreement

By accessing maillayers.com or using the MailLayers SDK, you agree to these terms. If you are using MailLayers on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

SDK license

Access to the MailLayers SDK requires a valid subscription and API key. Production usage is subject to domain allowlisting and license validation. Unauthorized use of the SDK may result in access revocation.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass license validation or domain restrictions.
• Do not reverse-engineer or redistribute the SDK outside your licensed deployment.
• Do not use MailLayers to send spam or violate applicable email regulations.
